Management Consulting Roles

We are seeking program and project management professionals to join the company at all levels: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager. Candidates should have expertise in at least one of the following lines of business:

  • Credit card
  • Mortgage
  • Retail banking/deposits
  • eCommerce
  • Bank operations
  • Treasury services
  • PMO

Candidates should also possess these key skills and abilities:

  • Serve as primary contact to senior leaders while providing executive reporting and status updates
  • Manage mid- to large-scale projects across multiple lines of business
  • Analyze present state, develop future state approaches, and facilitate implementation
  • Participate in all phases of project lifecycle
  • Broad knowledge of change and project management methodologies and principles and the ability to integrate them into project design
  • Experience managing and/or working on enterprise level projects using a defined project methodology, creating project deliverables, and using standard project management tools
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to research problems, determine root cause and solution
  • 5 plus years of proven end-to-end project management experience
  • Previous consulting, banking, and financial services experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and vocabulary
  • PMP certification strongly preferred

Delivery Roles

We are continually looking for consultants who have experience in the following areas:

  • Project Management

    • Responsible for all aspects of coordination with the business side or technical side of a project. Capable of adapting to any of a client’s methodologies. Manage all planning and communications resources necessary for starting project efforts, monitoring progress, and preparing for implementation.
    • Full lifecycle accountability for all components of a project. Employ executive level project management techniques to deliver and execute solutions. Experience managing and tracking project budgets and forecasts. Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues. Communicate with project team, business partners, business leaders, and external vendors as needed.
    • Must be an influential leader, organized and assertive in style, capable of pulling together a team of leaders on the business side, and coordinating with technical teams.
  • Business Analysis

    • Identify and specify extremely complex business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. Responsible for developing associated documentation for business model or process change, including testing, training, and communication strategies.
    • During the execution of a process change, the business analyst (BA) serves as a team leader driving all the deliverables of the project, coordinating resources between departments, and addressing unforeseen questions or challenges with research and problem resolution. During the implementation stage, the BA will be required to verify user acceptance of the new system or feature. Formal documentation experience from all project phases is required.
    • The position involves extensive interaction with all levels of associates.
  • Quality Assurance/Testing

    • Experience with ongoing testing and support of IT and business requirements. 
    • Ability to design test scripts, execute manual and automated test scripts, document test results, analyze defects, and liaison between business and development needs.
    • Seeking experience with both manual testing as well as automated testing tools.
  • Application Development

    • Must be able to design and architect a system from business requirements. Must possess strong design experience and be extremely knowledgeable of various design patterns.
    • Experience working with use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc. in the full lifecycle development of applications.
    • Candidates are expected to have knowledge and experience in utilizing a combination of the following languages: Java, J2ee, J2SS, C#, ASP.NET, VB.Net, SharePoint, UML, XML, XSL, XSLT , HTML, SQL.
