International Banking Partnerships

Objective Establish Short Term Wire Transfers Capability between US retail banking customers and a dominant international bank in China; Develop good faith relationships between the US bank & government and consumers in China.

Responsibilities Facilitate feasibility assessment; Identify processes and projects that might be impacted; Select vendor; Manage resources for developing technical requirements and marketing, education, risk, deposit projects, & legal requirements for wire transfer service; Manage Six Sigma deliverables and project implementation deliverables for both the Chinese bank and the US client.
Results The project was delivered on time, on budget, while providing much support to China’s Bank in their first six sigma project. The team overcame significant cultural hurdles, while strengthening the US/China banking partnership.

Customer Application Management Roll Out

Objective Design & implement new processes and system for client contact management; Improve reporting processes and increase sales of Deposit Account units

Responsibilities Complete program management including process redesign, training, coding, testing and installation of CRM application, plus adoption and development of new reporting metrics and processes 
Results Full user adoption and successful implementation of new CRM application. Achieved 118% of DDA sales goal, and the organization is looking for other opportunities to leverage this implementation.

APRIMO Software Installation         

Objective Install APIMO software in Card Services to improve visibility into marketing spend and efforts

Responsibilities End to end accountability including process engineering and process design facilitation; Training program development and delivery;  To ensure success of installation, gain buy-in from internal clients dissatisfied with early conversion and training efforts.
Results Received wide recognition throughout the organization.  Our client realized over $1M cost savings on resources based on using CGT consulting resources instead of  APRIMO.  Annual business benefit over $4M annually in Card Services.
