Our Management & Technology Consulting, Delivery, and Program & Project Management...
I’m inspired to learn from my colleagues. I work with the smartest, most amazing people and am astounded by their intelligence and expertise.
I am the typical soccer mom — with mini-van and all. My life outside the office revolves around family: travelling with my husband and children, managing their busy schedules, and exposing them to new experiences as they grow.
1997-2003: SHR Associate and Manager, Deloitte Consulting
2004-2006: HR Manager, New Era Cap Company
2006-2010: Senior HR Director, Premier Healthcare Alliance

It’s my job to help CG retain and grow the most talented people in the industry, match their expertise to our clients’ needs, ensure that they learn and develop, and recognize and reward their efforts. To that end, I’m helping CG build an HR infrastructure that will scale as we grow — ensuring that we have the systems, processes, and programs in place to support our people as the organization expands. We have only just begun to write our story!
CG is a great fit for folks who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and want to carve out their own space. Employees have strong ownership and accountability for their own success. Everyone’s career path may look a little different – and that may feel ambiguous at times – but we think it’s a good thing. We are supporting the unique needs and strengths of each individual.
Being with an organization that is embedded in the community is extremely important to me. CG does a terrific job of helping employees merge corporate citizenship with their daily work. I recently joined my CG colleagues at Operation Sandwich, where we made hundreds of sandwiches for the homeless. I can make a mean PB&J – and being able to do it during my workday to benefit someone less fortunate, was a truly rewarding experience.
Although profitability is important, it is not our mantra. CG’s special sauce is “doing the right thing” for our clients, our employees, and the community. For example, we recently helped one of our managers transition back from maternity leave in a way that was a win-win for her family and for the client. During the recent Alabama tornado, we assembled a team of people who dropped everything and made personal phone calls to check on our Alabama-based employees. The company’s financial success is critical, of course, but doing the right thing is the top priority.
Everything we do involves working across groups and teams – nothing happens in a silo. This makes for stronger solutions and enables us to feed off each others’ energy. I think we’ve all worked at companies where people fly under the radar or don’t pull their weight. But CG employees are engaged and energized all the time – and it’s contagious!
CG’s leaders are, above all, authentic. They are committed to family values and the importance of work-life balance. We are serious about getting the work done for our clients, but we like to have fun while we’re doing it.
