Change Manager
Summary: Manage portfolio of projects to insure strategic business plan is being met; may also be assigned as lead change manager for a major initiative.  Project liaison to senior management.
Responsibilities: Responsible for detailed data analysis, interpretation and creating project updates for executive presentations. This role interacts and facilitates project inception and review sessions with senior leaders
Key contributor; provides input based on expertise to mid-size projects relating to corporate change initiatives that impact a single major business or function
Projects have: 1) major influence on the quality and timeliness of products or services, or impact the financial performance of the business unit and 2) require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation
As a Senior Change Consultant, role is responsible for analyzing present state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
Manages the development and implementation of change management programs that support large scale business process and organizational transformation initiatives
Specific responsibilities include: implementing changes to systems, processes and organization which are expected to have a positive impact on quality, efficiency, and/or revenue
The change management specialist will work with all levels of management and project teams to integrate appropriate change management strategies into project planning and implementation including: stakeholder analysis, change readiness and gap assessments, evaluating training needs and developing comprehensive communication
Ability to identify and manage business partners and stakeholders
Resident expert on change management practices; serves as a consultant to firm project teams to ensure that impacted business units are effectively aware, educated and prepared for the change and equipped to successfully migrate to the desired end state. The position will involve extensive interaction with management all levels of associates.
With the creation of PMOs, SCMs are being utilized to establish a change management program office including the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables
Typically: 5-8 years of change management experience
7-10 years of experience in the financial services or technology areas
Required: Bachelor's degree required
Broad knowledge of change and project management methodologies and principles and the ability to integrate them into project design (familiar with Six Sigma tools and vocabulary)
Experience in managing moderately technical projects, meeting target timelines, facilitating project team meetings, including vendor meetings, project documentation, issue resolution, project resource identification.
Deep knowledge of and experience with Excel and Access, Visio, MS Project Manager, PowerPoint
Ability to navigate and work effectively across a complex organization that is geographically dispersed
Knowledge of organizational strategy and design
Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to build consensus and cooperation as well as the ability to interact and negotiate with senior leadership in the organization
Desire to work under tight deadlines and quickly adapt to changes in business and project priorities
Project Manager
General: Must be an influential leader, organized and assertive in style, capable of pulling together a team of leaders on the business side of banking and coordinating with technical teams. This role is for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the all aspects of coordination with the business side of a project. Capable of adapting to any of a client’s methodologies.
Summary: Manage all planning and communications resources necessary for starting project efforts, monitoring progress and preparing for implementation.
Responsibilities: Full lifecycle accountability for business side components of project
Employ executive level project management techniques to deliver solution
Preparing project budget, including technology costs for implementation and post-implementation support
Assist with the development of WBS for all SOR and dependencies
Request resources as needed
Identify, prioritize and resolve issues (defect resolution)
Communicate with project team, business partners, business leaders and external vendors as needed
Assist with the selection of appropriate technology solution to meet client expectations
Provide progress reports to line of business leaders
Understand and insure appropriate practices and guidelines, including privacy, coding, reporting and auditing, are followed
Assist Change Manager by completing assigned project artifacts (technical design document)

Business Analyst / Technical Analyst
General: Must be an excellent communicator and facilitator.  The Business Analyst will be assigned to a specific Line of Business within the financial services industry.  The best candidates will have had numerous successful project experiences.  The project should have been developing, modifying or enhancing core business applications.
Summary: Works with client management to identify and specify extremely complex business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technologies and tools.   Responsibility for developing associated documentation for business model or process change, including testing, training and communication strategies
During the execution of a process change, the BA serves as a team leader driving all the deliverables of the project, coordinating resources between departments, and addressing unforeseen questions or challenges with research and problem resolution.  During the implementation stage the BA will be required to verify user acceptance of the new system or feature.  The position will involve extensive interaction with all levels of associates.  Formal documentation experience from all project phases is required.
Responsibilities: Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems design
Formulates logical statements of business problems and devises, tests and implements efficient, cost effective application program solutions (e.g., codes and/or reuses existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions)
May give some direction and guidance to other systems analysts/programmers
Prepares charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems, utilizing various business, scientific, engineering and mathematical techniques
Analyzes existing system and programming logic to provide more efficient machine operations or to identify difficulties, and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary
Receives general supervision, and handles all technical phases of systems analysis and application program development while working on own most of the time
May be involved in providing assistance and training to lower level Analyst/Programmers
Serves as technology SME when assigned to a project team
Typically: 3 to 5 years – but experience varies widely
Required: Bachelor degree in Finance, MIS or a related discipline
Requires a broad knowledge of the client area's functions and systems
Understanding of systems and application program development alternatives
Some management capabilities, strong judgment and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and staff

Description: Senior Project Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strategic alliances.  Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management and organizational skills. Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change. Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments. Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate costs and develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines. Description: Business Analyst experienced with reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business user needs.  Ability to create documents for all phases of project life cycle including project initiation, analysis, requirements gathering, functional specifications and testing.  Outline and define business requirements, objectives and priorities, and liaison between multiple areas. Java Developer
Description: Java Developers with at least 4 years of Java Development experience. .Net Developer
Description: Senior level developer with at least 3-5 years of experience utilizing .Net technology.  Must be able to design and architect a system from business requirements.
Possess strong design experience and be extremely knowledgeable of the various design patterns.  Experience working with use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc. in the full life cycle development of applications is desired. Candidates are expected to have knowledge and experience in utilizing the following languages:    C#, ASP.NET, UML, XML, XSL, XSLT , HTML, SQL.

Description: Senior Oracle Developer/DBA with 3 – 7 years of experience. Previous experience working in the financial industry is preferred. QA Test Specialist
Description: QA Test Specialist experienced with ongoing testing and support of IT and Business requirements.  Ability to design test scripts, execute manual and automated test scripts, document test results, analyze defects and liaison between business and development needs.  Seeking experience with both manual testing as well as automated testing tools.
