How does CG approach the Project Preparation Phase of a large strategic initiative?
Project Preparation and Execution Steps:

• Prior to the start of the project, CG takes the time to fully understand the client’s needs in order to create quality strategies for the project and client.
• Once CG is confident that the project deliverables are in alignment with our value-added services, we develop a proposal for client review. 
• All deliverable initiatives are supported by a non-billable Director, with prescribed interval client and consultant assessments for performance management, in order to provide services of the highest quality.
• Upon project completion, our online End of Project Process provides clients, peers, and consultants the formal opportunity to provide feedback and assess the project performance through a measurement of consultant communication, skills, and approach.
